Welcome

Do you know why Courances is a unique place in France? Because, as you stroll under the leaning trees, along the perspectives that seem to have been opened by the water itself, you will discover five centuries of garden history.
It's also because the Courances park and castle belong to the same family since 1872. My father has reinvented the park: the poplar cliffs bordering the Great Canal, the grass growing nearly everywhere, the trees that have been highlighted while the alignments where respected and pared down...
My mother, for her part, has reinvented the way to live in a castle. My sisters and I share this big house with our parents and our children. Courances is constanly being reinvented for the joy of those living there, and for the pleasure of those visiting: you.
